Item Condition
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- All original packaging and accessories must be included
- Items must be free from damage, wear, or alterations
- Custom/personalized items cannot be returned unless defective
Time Limitations
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be shipped back within 7 days of return authorization
- Late returns may be refused or subject to restocking fees
- Holiday and peak season orders may have extended return windows
Shipping Requirements
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- We may provide prepaid shipping labels for defective items
- Items must be properly packaged to prevent damage during transit
- Tracking information must be provided for all returns
Refund Processing

- Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Refund Amount
- Full refund for defective or damaged items
- Full refund minus shipping costs for customer preference returns
- Restocking fees may apply to certain items
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Note: For items returned due to our error (wrong item, defective, etc.), we will cover return shipping costs and provide a full refund including original shipping.
We offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value. If you'd like to exchange your item, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery.

- Return the original item in its original condition
- Select your replacement item
- Pay any price difference for upgrades
Exchange Limitations
- Custom/personalized items cannot be exchanged
- Exchanges are subject to item availability
- Shipping costs apply to both return and new item
- Exchanges follow the same 30-day window as returns
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
